Not sure. Remember, the stock had moved from $1.20 a week or so earlier to around $1.80 so perhaps some traded on this prior to the release (you know how some always get the info before it;s public). Also, i am not sure many people know about BLRX. Also does not help that it's a company based in Israel. If it was based in the US perhaps people would pay more attention.
