Thanks sode for the MMCI info, any idea when will the spin off take place, the news was more than a month old, and there is currently no new in May... however, it does look like the company is trying to support the stock at 0.25. Nice share structure, any info about the what MMCI will become right after the spin off? ... for instance, the EPS, revenue, etc... and the expected value of the spin off? TIA
