Nope its about accepting a settlement and part of that settlement was to accept shares and being apart of the opportunities ahead as a shareholder. That is fact.

As any shareholder.... nothing but be part of a vested interested party who will be part of the companies efforts ... Logic says that they wouldn't accept shares that were dead ended or were shares in a land that didn't exist as has been stupidly stated .
