Bullshit. I was EXTREMELY careful in my wording so as not to communicate it as fact. Here it is:
"I'm having serious doubts about its validity. I'm not interested in playing childish games and if there is public information available anyway I see no reason why it shouldn't be in a public forum for shareholders to investigate and judge for themselves."
I had no idea if it was true or not. The key element for securities fraud is if it is "knowingly" false yet disseminated.
