Not so fast guys. Read the filing again. It says the previous name change from February 2014 is being reverted back to Automotive Resource Network Holdings. AND Jason Levy is removed as CEO, President and Secretary.
Maybe I'm reading the filing wrong but the only hope here is the last part of his letter to the SOS... reads " The Nationwise Capital Ventures Inc. name has been released to be used for the Incorporation of a new group and company". This statement means one of two things...a new group and company is taking over ARNH...or Nationwise Capital Ventures Inc name is going to be used by another company......So far there is no other corporation filing to change their name to Nationwise Capital Ventures Inc.
Next move here is watching for more filings with Florida SOS. Will there be another CEO and company move into ARNH? This is essentially Kathy's shell right now. Hopefully this get sold and her name is no longer associated.
