Something is not relevant until it's resolved? I don't even know how to respond to that. If a credible scientific study showed that iPhones caused cancer and a class action suit were launched against Apple that was clearly going to bankrupt the company, would you be buying all the way down to $0.01 as long as the suit was unresolved?
"On March 26, 2014, we issued 60,000,000 common shares to a company controlled by two former officers of our Company in exchange for the former officers’ agreement to purchase our interest in Pet Airways and to forgive their unpaid wages."
The 10Q states that the shares were issued to the former directors nine months ago. For all we know, all 60M shares may have ALREADY hit the market.
