The creditors sold the assets that were held in collateral because terms of the debt notes weren't met. It's quite simple actually.

All the other alternate theories don't make sense compared with the facts:

1) RMTD trades at 0.0001 or lower
2) RMTD has no bid
3) shareholders never benefitted from sale to Telogis
