This is exciting and was emailed to me by a friend who saw it posted elsewhere.

To all fellow BCIT shareholders,

I received an email a few hours ago from FINRA stating that I had won my case against TD Ameritrade for full compensatory damages, punitive damages and filing fees. Additionally, TD Ameritrade must provide me a share certificate for the full number of shares I own.

This is a big win for all of us. There is hope. If you have not filed for arbitration yet I encourage you to do so. The flood gates may now be opening.
