And back reading, after they were listed, 10k & 10Q use to show after 2 yrs and don't quote me on this time frame, but it in the old filings. Winfield gets more preferred shrs for every oz drilled as a nice bonus and his LLC's make their take too. It's in the old filings, so as I don't get caught in some make up slander bs from some of the old longs who have lost it all on this stock and their big dreams of a killing from the same o management of gspg.
