Agreed! The increased AS should be used for either the new business acquisition/merger or exchange some restricted shares (say 1B shares) with a new cash funding financial deal (which is good for both the GOLD-mining preparation and the later real production)! Something big is brewing on the background now and an huge deal or a great news will hit the wire very soon based on the most recently new developments and the new President's successful M&A records...

SAGD can easily surge back to the penny land again with some great news if the float/OS can be kept at the current FIXED low counts level (381M/403M shares)!
