If NTEK does a R/S it will instantly... drop 80% plus when it hits this page... http://otce.finra.org/DailyList the day it shows up... A/S is almost maxed so it will need to be raised or they will need to do a R/S ( something they have talked out doing in past to get them to the NASDAQ and or to $1+ etc... ( lolololzzz ) ) ... I don't think they would do a R/S ... but another stock just did one the other day and had same type of share structure as here... they did a 1 for 6000 and was posted on the above page at 10 AM ... the stock dropped 80% within a few min, and by the end of the day was down 90%... all that did not sell are now stuck with shares in limbo until the process goes through and they can do anything with their shares... people on that board never expected a R/S and even had stickies up saying no way it would happen... now they are really pissed off ;-) lolzzz... your post below made me look to make sure one had not been posted... :-D
