Gee, that's curious... But when I look up who holds the trademark for IVXX Elevate with the United States Patent and Trademark Office it says that Terra Tech Corp. is the owner of the trademark.
The USPTO knows what they are doing. They don't grant conflicting TMs. Ms. Barnhill has no legal standing and this claim that TRTC is infringing on her TM is totally bunk. Nice try, though.

Now that a dialog has been started she is being briefed on all things Terra Tech Corp. TELLINGLY as to assist in the discovery process. I expect to see Terra Tech Corp. shed much of it's MARKET CAP in the coming days and weeks as the market learns about the CHARLOTTE'S WEB scandal from CELEBRITIES who are repudiating Terra Tech Corp. and it's attempt to EXPLOIT Mizz Barnhill's registered trademark after she sent the CEASE and DESIST letter to this pseudo pot pump and dump run by a STOCK SCAMMING penny stock jock.
