Watch out for the Chapter 11 bankruptcy ... Blog is candy coated financial disaster, liens, levies and no choice but to give in to creditor demands for a credit line that will suck up all the profits to pay creditors... In Chapter 11 all existing stock is canceled and worthless, new investors get new stock for new value contributed. Company survives, shareholders don't. Usually insiders dump everything before filing so they have the cash to buy the new stock to be issued ...
