The company recently announced a reverse stock split "to permit the Company to obtain appropriate financing and make [its] capital structure more attractive to potential investors."

Martin must be talking about NEW potential investors because Martin screwed over the old potential investors with the reverse split.

One thing I know is Martin is a good captain of the EWSI ship.

The captain of a ship should be the last person to jump ship when da ship is sinking... "duty of care"

EWSI taking on water as usual. Eventually the recycled water pump will fail for good. IMO
