I doubt you listened to the bankruptcy hearing audio file from Friday the 19th. You can hear for yourselves that Alliancense has been and is on vacation until Jan 4th and they are in no hurry to hand over the list of MMP licensees promised in the July agreement with PTSC. You can hear PTSCs lawyer complain strenuously to the bankruptcy judge that Alliance which is owned by TPL/Lecrone and run by his son out of the same office is dragging their feet and now, rather than present PTSC with 2 equal lists of potential MMP licensees of which PTSC gets to choose one, Alliacense/TPL wants to simply hand over to PTSC some potential licensees and only those with limited revenue potential. They are delaying the deal because they know your CEO Cliff Flowers has accepted bad deals in the name of expediency in the past only to simply get snookered again at the next opportunity for TPL. Flowers is clearly disengaged and naïve and that is being generous in my opinion. Here is the audio file ling. You have to download it AND SAVE it to you computer.
