LOL! It's also about the snaky way Vince does these things. He just did a 1 for 10 R/S last December and reduced the A/S from 3 Billion to 500 million that was in effect a 66% increase in the A/S while touting what a big favor he was doing current investors.

Then there are all the lies in the PR's of fantasy production that has turned out to be in fact nothing even close to what he claims...

Vince is diluting the shit out of investors with Toxic financing...

PDGO is nothing but a very obvious share selling scam and selling the shares with Bullshit PR's...

It is when they are not making any moey except from share holders. INCREASE IN AS WITH THIS TYPE OF COMPANY IS HUGE RED FLAG. Now that soemone has furnished real DD, this is going into lower trips within 2 weeks IMO.
