conix: Is the weekly chart an accurate indicator? I've never used it as the final word. Always learning...please explain. Thank you.

I checked a three year daily chart for rsi info and found that the rsi struck the lowest point in three years! when we hit .1745. (See big black dot.)
This chart also shows the average true range line at a nice balance for three years.
