Per your post, the same attorney told me to address my inquiries to my advisors or trustee for the securities. I had to inform the attorney that JPMCB is my Guarantee Trustee for the securities.

I will not comment on this case anymore! There are many important points that I presented in this case (subject to the permission of the court - Federal rules 5/24). Thus, JPMCB is a codebtor with LBHI for many many reasons in this case! Keep on reading my previous posts Joe and do not believe everything that you receive... Good Job!

I did not receive the response from JPMCB. I received the response from the lead attorney(law firm) that is paid/hired to represent JPMCB fiduciary duties...big difference Joe!

zulual, The problem with this is that JPM is not a co-debtor to the CTs. Never has it been stated as such. In fact, cotton received this from JPM.

JPM (or any other corporation worth its salt, for that matter) will never respond 'directly' to any legal motions filed against it by anyone, they'll always respond through their attorneys.. As Cotton has clarified they did, in his subsequent reply to your post!
