I fully agree with you. It makes no sence to me to punish the PPS because the news will be brought out somewhat later, knowing that Ambs is starting this year with his first revenue which will give the PPS a very large push. Perhaps Nasdaq-listed without a R/S. MANF Orphan status! I fully agree with Gerald that uplisting makes no sence in this stadium. Ambs needs to have " More Body" first. Without that the PPS would fall back very rapidly after being listed to the Nasdaq. Furthermore if a bigger biotech company would have the intention to buy Ambs, he has to do a great offer. A buy-out in this stage is in principal no option in my opinion unless they are willing to pay for the future events. Conclusion for the moment their is no reason to sell your shares.
