I remember reading about lawyers that hijack shells and they do some crap that keeps it off the SEC radar. Remember, no Press Releases, OTC, or SEC filings done. Just saying..... We need some help here in regards to this ALL being looked into.

And for Matthew. His name was on nothing but David sure pumped a merger with his stuff. Need that smoking gun. But I imagine there is not physical evidence. But it does not mean that word can not be spread in Florida about what Matthew was involved with here.
