That is not what I am saying. The point I am trying to convey is: this company is in development stage. It will need cash to expand and grow. The only way to do so is borrowing money, not profitable enough yet. Now when they borrow money, they have @ least 2 options to pay back. Either via shares or via cash. I would prefer the former and use the cash for expansion. That option has a cost in the short term, very dilutive. But, so what? The growth over time will compensate for the dilution. So if you are a short term looking trader/investor, you get scared with many shares converting or by hearing people say many shares are outstanding or are converting. If you are long term focused, that is the best for you. The only thing I don't want to see is give out shares with no floor on the conversion, that is giving out shares at our expanses.
