what in the heck does the sec have to do with anything??....the shares for money thing isn't illegal and I never said it was....I said it was stupid...

of course, csc insisting on imbedding ben into kblb as a condition of the deal and kim agreeing, smells to high heaven....but that's another issue...

there just has never been any sense to comparing what multi billion dollar corporations do and why they do it and what penniless tiny companies like kblb do...

I guess if kim decides to pay a dividend, someone will point to ibm and say, well why not, ibm does...lol

and of course then we'll also get webster's definition of dividend, pay, and will...
