I read "trips" not long ago LMMFAO!! BOTTOM LINE re pps & CES: NTEK ran OVER 360x MONEY!!!! from the end of 2012 to late 2013. Just before CES 2014 NTEK went from a low of $0.0005, to $0.178
AGAIN....OVER 360x MONEY!!!!
Surely EVERYONE KNOWS we are here to PROFIT FROM OUR INVESTMENTS!! Right?
Every$1,000 invested in NTEK yielded over $360,000.00!!!
Of course the market is going to correct afterwards...FACT of the MATTER IS short-interest will short that technical event & early (SMART &/or LUCKY INVESTORS) will take a profit: Simple selling pressure.
NOW the question re pps & CES coming: Is NTEK better off than it was to capitalize & profit on that show? Do we have products ready? Tested? Is the market ready for them?
I think the answer to those questions is YES. But, it remains to be seen. FACT IS, CES will bring more awareness, attention, interest & dollars to the company.
Meanwhile, the pps has become FAR MORE ATTRACTIVE since last year. The products have been developed &, from a share structure standpoint, the dilutive influences on the pps are CAPPED!!
Meaning the 730mm O/S is near the 740mm A/S (NTEK has said they will NOT increase the A/S going forward) so if any capital may be needed going forward it will not come from the NTEK share structure.
NOTE: NTEK announced in a recent Material Agreement that they are acquiring a NEW TICKER, Business & Assets. That ticker: HVEL has a VERY LOW FLOAT @ 45mm A/S & about 3mm O/S such that IF NTEK decided to sell shares (to an investor, fund, etc) they could raise funds for the development of that division for a piece of the action: Now, whether that is: Gaming-Labs, NMED, NCOMM, Clear Memories, MS3D ...isn't known. However, that is a viable strategy I have speculated after.
Keeps the NTEK share structure in tact as these divisions have viable products being brought to market.. Allows the company to register the shares of NVEL (or whatever tick they buy), add the audits & even uplist if they wish!!
Will be INTERESTING to see WHAT & HOW NTEK will present themselves at CES 2015 but the impact, global reach, attention, awareness & product viability suggests NTEK will be GROWING SOON...I suspect shareholders to benefit greatly as the business progresses & the dilution (just over 9mm shares remain b/n A/S & O/S & no increase will be needed). Remember the NTEK A/S was about 950mm last year & they REDUCED the A/S to 740mm. We've seen the hires, we know the quality they brought in, we KNOW NTEK used shares to attract TOP TALENT & we see increasing evidence of the fruits of their labor...Here's to the holiday & a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
