Dreaming...........do you actually think this company can buy back any meaningful amount of shares if any? I say they are in the business of raising funds vial the distribution of shares to finance any business activity. They are not in the business of buying the shares back. LOL.
Nope I do not think there is a chance in a million WNTR management would spend a penny on their own share. LOL.
