CDEX Inc a GED too far
Well it looks like the NIBA bankers and Industry professionals had adequate sophistication and understanding to know BS and BS artists when they see em. Shoulda took Sean bumfield and dumbed the presentation down even more. Have another look at exhibit 99.1. The projected revenues for this now ending year were 190K. I know some folks that made that this year by themselves.
As previously announced, CDEX Inc. (“Company”) has been invited to present at the National Investment Banking Association's ("NIBA") 132 nd Investment Conference to be held in New York on September 15-17, 2014. During that presentation, the Company will display the graph in Exhibit 99.1 as an estimate of forecast revenue assuming the Company receives the desired funding level of $5 million. The slide is for presentation at the conference to investment bankers and industry professionals who are deemed to have adequate sophistication and understanding of financial matters to properly evaluate the information contained therein. The Company does not recommend that individual investors who lack such sophistication and understanding rely on the information in making any investment decision without obtaining advice from investment advisors or other industry professionals.
