hope...is this not what you do with ALL stocks...hope that it goes up after you buy?...how long should conservatorship last? 10 years? HERA 2008 it was only suppose to be temporary...what has changed since then that makes it permanent? Why would the court agree with the government that the conservatorship should be permanent?
