So James Stanford Resources Corporation/Michael Stanford is crooked, got the boot, and the company renamed itself Star Mountain Resources and is run by different management.

Question: When did Dougie Mac join the board- after the company clean-up, or before?

If after, no problem. Yes, It appears there is another clean shell now in play that has no active business.

Yes, it is time for Dougie Mac to focus on the big picture, and put his side adventures to the side. It doesn't seem to be in his nature though - he likes to throw a lot of things against the wall to see what sticks.
