Agreed. Just emailed them about requesting an Official PR from this latest news and how it would affect ITVI's shareholders as well as plans to improve shareholder confidence since the stare structure is not very appealing.
Also reading the Dec 18s PR again, near the end of it, I noticed that there should be another PR before year end. Due to the fact they are saying to complete plans with the Dead Sara's band by then.
