Why do we care about their recent deals? There has been no announcement from uspr that they are new legal counsel for uspr. There's been no announcement that they are involved with uspr in any capacity. They now own shares. Big whoop.
They were a creditor of uspr. They chose to make a settlement with uspr for the debt they were owed that involved cash and stock. That doesn't give them "skin in the game". It means they settled their debt and are no longer a creditor.
There's been six 8k's uspr put out about the lien. Please show me where uspr stated anything about them other then they were owed money. Why are we talking about anything else????
