Given that the financing picture in progress is so unclear to us, I sure hope a SA doesn't dwell on the same theme at this premature point and end up doing our share price and financing some possible harm.
I am of the feeling that the combined experience of Wotton and the three underwriters, plus other company principals and advisors, must clearly feel the financing is doable and are not acting carelessly.
Again, if Lasers read is correct, we are still a couple weeks away from the certainty of potential nasdaq uplisting and I feel that that is a crucial dimension when you're asking investors to put up millions for a phase 1, Bulletin Board stock.
Financing will happen. We just need to be patient, apparently?
