What is the O/S and A/S here these days anyways? These shares are worthless at the moment and 50MM of them would barely fund a high schooler's closet grow operation.

Seems like a R/S would be necessary to get the PPS up before any major selling could happen to fund a venture to bring in millions in revenue each year.
