I agree. It's Calendar days. However, I think the SEC may grant some leeway if the deadline falls on a weekend as long as the report is filed by the coming Monday. I've never seen a company dinged for this. However, if I were in Paul's shoes, I'd file by midnight Saturday.
If I'm not mistaken, the last 10-Q was filed on Saturday and published on Sunday by the SEC.
