I haven't been promised anything. Deadlines have not been set. It seems we all agree that Baltia will pass (even the bashers). Just not as fast as some thought. I don't share this thought. Only day traders and shorts are worrying. This has been a multi year process. Everyone look around.. We are within sight of the finish line. Doesn't anyone realize how much money we will be in...? Once these flight are full with people, cargo and let's not forget the potential for overnight package delivery.
“This is the furthest we’ve ever been in the process. We believe that we’re going to get our certificate on or before Sept. 30 and then we’re good to go.”
Baltia will not receive its certificate before the end of January, 2015. Baltia just might be able to pass mini evac by end of January unless something unexpected happens to pop up :(
At no point have I seen anywhere in the regulations or in any official letters that some kind of a "deadline" exists.
As far as I can tell, there are hopes, wishes, and desires among shareholders for dates for things to get accomplished, but as for "official" deadlines.....lol....there just aren't any.
Baltia Air Lines will prevail and will be America's newest Airline.....and soon....but don't worry yourselves about "deadlines."
The schedule is set by the FAA, and IMHO, I believe that they are hoping to get Baltia certified soon as well.
Keep in mind that this process has been going on for almost 5 years now, and is only weeks away from completion.
I still believe Baltia will receive its certificate before the end of January, 2015, but again...........that certainly isn't any kind of a "deadline".
