So on a bullish trend it doesn't follow DOW, but on a bearish trend it follows DOW?...That's a crock of $@%!

People here still have different theories whether the Dow affects Fannie, Freddie or not, correction mode or not. Do you think q.w. today, had an effect on the Dow? and do you think that affected Fannie, Freddie? just curious
