"Please supply link where company states it concerned what posters on this or any board are saying ? "

They didn't and maybe they are maybe not but my speculation is this... the lien is settled, cash was exchanged and shares were also part of the transaction. I do believe that the attorney's involved would have wanted cash in its entirety but came upon a settlement USPR offered and it was accepted. That said the logic tells me that while they aren't in the mining business by charter they are now by taking the deal. They still IMHO want their money so they are now a "skin in the game" investor with a rather large vested interest to see that this succeeds. So.... it tells me if they are willing to take this deal they also did their DD thoroughly and found the shares offered and the testing done and being privy to all the testing and discussions found this to be a fairly decent option with a bigger opportunity to make more than they were most likely owed. That with a sum of 500k that makes them serious about their offer and opportunity. These attorney's aren't letting the lien die or the information get past them. They cover all details and the size of this law firm dictates they are big enough to make sure all the pertinent facts are known that makes this deal legit.

Next I believe that these attorney's having a vested interest/investment in the future of this company will want to see it a successful operation and will certainly want to protect it with their menu of abilities and services. So it really isn't just all about the company being a watchdog...it's also about a rather sizeable shareholder with the abilities to ensure there are no activities that slander or libel the company and its directors. Attorney's can painfully keep those whom they feel are contributing to these problems very busy at a fraction of the cost compared to anyone who may be in their cross hairs.

I believe USPR is moving forward, certainly not at the pace or without impacting dynamics that impede or delay expectations. Many hurdles have to be over come and I don't think anyone that is a shareholder would expect this management to be on top of everything that holds them to strict timetables of execution. So the lien may be gone but new and large important investors are here for what looks like years to come.
