If it were tax lose selling then most everyone sold there shares because the sell off volume would be most of the O/S the past week!

Anyone who thinks that BMAK seller is "illegal" (as posted earlier) & who thinks they can do something about it on level 2 affecting the share price, they are hence simply exposing their ignorance on these markets and debt financings.

There is nothing illegal about BMAK or VFIN, & there is nothing anyone can do to stop them, other than choose what to do with their money (such as buy PMBS or not, or buy any other dilution scheme or not).
What BKAK & other debt converters do is at the very heart of how penny stocks, subpenny stocks, and companies who need funding function.
To think that it is illegal what BMAK does is preposterous and to think that one can actually stop it is a futile waste of any common retail investor's/trader's time.
