All those questions you have is what the CEO is working on. If we knew all those answers NBRI would be trading much higher or not at all.
Perry did the last note around the same time they shut the Ruby down. That along with this months Brett payment should be able to pay the Ruby note for a few more months.
I think it's highly likely they get enough money to check out the terrace. Any additional exploration will have to come from Ruby gold profits, Fraser gold profits, partnership, claim sales, or a share restructuring.
