Honestly if I was a new investor and I came by to check out the company and all I saw were shareholders screaming about a CTO and we need those audited fins to be able to trade again and blah blah blah, id probably just move right along and say NEXT

On the other hand, if I was a new investor and I came by a company that had a recent CTO and they posted Audited Fins to free their canadian shareholders and allow them to start trading again and the signs pointed to more news coming.. well.. id probably take notice to a situation like that,
