WHOA! Having a sudden change of heart? Just 3 days ago on the Manzo board you said

The chill will never be lifted just like all other Ray Barton stocks ....in MDIN 2 years and chill NOT off

You gotta admit - Ray got 'er done.

What really irks me about Nick's chill removal efforts was that at some point he discovered that he had missed a deadline and would have to start over. Instead of being honest and informing shareholders and apologizing for it, he kept it a secret and told no one, choosing instead to continue saying "soon," "any day now" etc. as if nothing was wrong. LYING SCUMBAG!

Since you're invested here and there, you likely know more about the lactose fiasco than I do. As I originally understood when MDIN gave all those shares away to license the patent last year, they were supposed to develop and market an OTC lactose-intolerance supplement long before a prescription version was available by someone else. and we were led to believe this would happen soon (hmmm, where have I heard that before?). There was no mention of partnering with Manzo or Sharma. However, after re-reading the PR today, I notice it says

Nick Chieco commented, "It's important for our shareholders to know that our move in this direction, and our plans for the product as it relates to Northstar are part of a much larger objective to move from strictly non FDA approved supplements to the eventual FDA approved over-the-counter medications space.

That says that MDIN is planning to be the one to seek FDA approval. I thought they were leaving that up to someone else, seeing as how MDIN has no experience in that field, nor the finances needed to undergo the approval process. We should have seen a second prototype or final product by now.

Then a year ago this was PR'd:

Nov. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire

Northstar Announces completion of the first prototype for its groundbreaking new lactose intolerance treatment

Northstar today announced that it has completed the design and manufactured the first prototypes of its lactose intolerance treatment bringing it one step closer to market.

Since then there hasn't been a single word about it. Is the project dead, shelved, being actively developed with Manzo, WHAT?!
Looks like yet another Chieco fiasco, just one more reason for that idiot to be gone, but we should still receive an update on what the company is or isn't doing about this and other things. Still don't know if the Nick is employed there - aren't they required to disclose the firing of an executive just as they announced Justin and Diep's hiring?
