sorry… not yet effective --
the SEC requested that we update our S-3 filing with new numbers from our recent 10-Q since the 10-Q came out after we filed the S-3. The SEC indicated that once the S-3 was refiled they would accept an accelerated request (which we also submitted to them) and approve the S-3 within 48 hours.

LOL...this is old news guys. It was built into the price back in September. This is only a revision.

We all know what dilution is. We also know that there is no desperate need for it as they are solvent for the next year or so. When/if the shares get sold, it will be for good reason.
