The question is whether BB is deeply invested in HVEL, and whether that's why NTEK just shelled out whatever amount of precious capital they had buying the thing.
Schoengood, of course, is in charge of HVEL, and was also involved in Medifirst, yet another scammy company that NTEK was heavily involved with.
Perhaps it's their intention to form a pump and dump conglomerate.
If nothing else, it would be thumbing their noses at the SEC, who are apparently asleep on the beat.
