Are you kidding? You just don't issue papers. Government can print money at whim. Issuing papers as you say by corporations is akin to printing money. Companies don't just issues papers. Otherwise its illegal. If the old CEO and new CEO issues these shares to line their pockets, LAWSUITS ARE ACOMING. But if its for good reason (i.e. M&A) and I'm ok with it. SO WHICH IS IT? Has anybody actually ever had any kind of communications at all with management of company? I am hoping for the best here. I sure can you use it
