Of course it's machine trading, but dilution happening.

Of course machines are controlling the trading. I'm watching several small semiconductor companies I follow being held down today by algorithms as the Russell 2000 index underperforms the Dow.

But machine trading is also very helpful when one has recently been given 45,027,135 unrestricted shares of MJNA (note that the number is very specific) and wants to sell them.
