It appears the decision was made on tuesday, so anyone with quick access to PTAB decisions would have known. It's public info. I believe this is the reason the price surge. I would think a PR release will cause another rise since many investors are not as knowledgeable in finding these things or even know to look. Nice news and should drive a settlement in both US and Germany.
