#58126 RE: hill1323 #58111

Issued July 2013. Quirk was in charge.

Florida based Stakool, Inc. issued a Letter of Intent to purchase Indian Hills Spring Water, a bottled water provider based in North Carolina. Indian Hills, which boasts of its "natural free flowing spring", created a technology that allows the spring water to be gravity fed to their bottling facility.

The purchase is Stakool's primary step in becoming an important figure in health and wellness technologies.

Stakool said in a statement through Access Wire that their company believes "water management is a key strategic tool where companies are starting to gather the kind of information that lets them measure not just their water use and costs but also their water efficiency, productivity, revenue, and profit."

"Every gallon of water we use has an economic value, whether it's for drinking, brewing coffee, or making a microchip. Businesses that start to take the economic value of water seriously immediately start to use it and think about it differently," said Kevin P. Quirk, Stakool CEO.

"Indian Hills understands this and we look forward to a quick closing as this is the first step in a broader more encompassing strategy," Quirk added.

Also included in the purchase are Indian Hills' other assets that include trucks, plant, bottles, dispensing equipment, customers list and 23 acres of real property.
