So how exactly does the Teva case currently being deliberated by SCOTUS impact Vringo if at all? Some are suggesting on other boards that if SCOTUS rules in favor of Teva then it is a win for Vringo and the federal court of appeals will be forced to listen to Vringo's case again and that SCOTUS will not take Vringo's case because it is to similar to the Teva ruling. Any response/ feedback would be appreciated.
