AU CONTRAIRE! It means nothing other than someone "slapped" the ASK at the close, probably for 10000 shares, meaning a total buy of two bucks! LOL! Who cares about the additional seven or eight dollar broker fee, when the buyer might create a false impression and benefit from a bigger trade at the open the next morning. If no bigger trade, c'est la vie...someone lost a few bucks! Then trading returns to "REALITY!"
Bobo has no money and no source of funds, thus cannot do anything until the REVERSE SPLIT happens. Even the construction of Donnie's paper pellet production lines, if real, is probably on "hold!" Based upon FINRA's recent attention to BS REVERSE SPLITS...who knows?
