I'm absolutely shocked people are taking King at his word. Is everybody new here? The excuses are already coming in case it doesn't happen. "Well he tried but the offers weren't good enough for the multi tens of billions of dollars that we are worth. It's good that we didn't partner for some low ball offer. Yay King. Yay BOD!"
If there is no real partner by the end of April, most here will still be happy.
