I've written it off as a total loss but definitely feel there's a chance we'll see the financials filed and shares re-listed. Basically if they're scamming us.. what have they gained? Peanuts. And if so, why still stick with the charade? The more likely scenario would be them not being able to, not whether or not they intend to. IMO.
My stance is expect the worst, which is not too hard after your shares have been de-listed, but hope for the best. Methinks there's still a decent chance we're going to wake up one day to a pleasant surprise, but until then I've all but completely written this one off.
