When performing EXTREMELY valuable due diligence on potential pot stocks it's important to see if the CEO has done his homework to protect the reputation of his brand. Clearly, the folks at American Cannabis Company Inc. haven't crossed their T's and dotted their I's unless they simply want to defraud folks and sell shares. Irregardless, while shorting American Cannabis Company Inc. may indeed be the best way to make money i'd imagine folks living in their grandma's basement making grilled cheese sandwiches with tinfoil and a Keurig aren't able to play the stock to the downside. Tellingly, American Cannabis Company Inc. has forever stained any chance to be seen as a serious upside player long-term for folks with deep pockets to accumulate shares.
